Who can use RentFAX
- Rental operators (landlords, fleet managers, equipment companies) for legitimate screening
- Renters who want to build and manage their rental reputation
- Agencies and legal professionals with authorized access
What you agree to
- Only submit accurate, lawful information when filing reports
- Use the platform only for legitimate rental screening purposes
- Respect renter rights including dispute processes and data accuracy
- Not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
Reports and AI outputs
RentFAX provides risk intelligence to support your decisions — not replace them. AI-generated risk scores are insights, not legally binding determinations. You remain solely responsible for your rental decisions.
Accounts and suspension
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended. Suspended accounts are disabled — not deleted. All rental records remain on file. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support@rentfax.io.
Data retention
Rental history, incident records, and reports are retained for a minimum of 7 years regardless of account status. This is required for compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
