The RentFAX platform and all associated services, reports, and data (collectively, the “Services”) are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

RentFAX does not make rental, housing, credit, financial, or any other type of decision. We provide data and risk indicators to assist users, who retain sole responsibility for all decisions.
